DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

BUYER

The Buyer is the person whose name, address, telephone number and e-mail address are provided during the checkout process.

2. SUBJECT

This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Buyer regarding the sale and delivery of products purchased electronically through the Seller's website.

3. PRODUCTS AND PRICES

The product name, color, size, quantity, unit price, shipping cost and payment details are those displayed during checkout.

4. DELIVERY

  • Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
  • Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1–5 business days.
  • Production or pre-order items are shipped within the timeframe stated on the product page.
  • International delivery times vary depending on the destination country and customs procedures.

5. SHIPPING

Orders are shipped through the Seller's contracted shipping partners.

The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities or force majeure events.

6. PAYMENT

Payments are processed securely using the payment methods available on the website.

7. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Domestic Orders (Türkiye)

Items from the Daily Collection may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, in their original condition, and with all original tags attached.

Party Dresses, Couture Dresses, Custom-made products and Special Occasion Collections are not eligible for return or exchange.

International Orders

All international orders are FINAL SALE.

Due to international shipping costs, customs procedures and cross-border logistics, returns, exchanges and cancellations are not accepted for international orders once the order has been shipped.

Customers are strongly advised to review product descriptions, size charts and measurements carefully before placing an order.

If assistance is required, customers should contact our customer service team prior to purchasing.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used or worn items
  • Products with removed tags
  • Items with perfume, makeup or deodorant stains
  • Altered or modified garments
  • Damaged products caused by the customer

8. REFUND PROCESS

Approved refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the customer's bank or payment provider.

9. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If the product has a manufacturing defect, the Buyer must notify the Seller within the legally applicable period after delivery.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

The Seller shall not be liable for delays caused by natural disasters, pandemics, war, strikes, government actions or other force majeure events.

11. PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and is used solely for order processing, delivery and legal obligations.

12. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

Any disputes shall be resolved before the competent Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in accordance with applicable Turkish legislation.

13. EFFECTIVE DATE

By placing an order through the website, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted this Distance Sales Agreement.
